If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase from Low Impact Living, please Contact Us within 14 days to arrange a return.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a replacement, freight free. We will arrange (with your help) for the damaged product to be returned to us.
FAULTY GOODS
If your purchase is faulty we will send you a replacement, freight free. We will arrange (with your help) for the faulty product to be returned to us.
CHANGE OF HEART
If you make a mistake or change your mind we will accept your purchase for return within 14 days, providing that it is in original condition, unused in any way and you have copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt. Please Contact Us to discuss arrangements for return.
METHOD OF REFUNDS
Low Impact Living will refund via the method of payment where possible. Payments by credit card will be refunded by direct bank deposit as we have no facility to process credit card refunds.
