Secure Online Catalogue

Our secure online catalogue allows you to select and pay for products using our secure shopping cart system. The system operates on industry-standard 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

Visa and Mastercard

Use your Visa or Mastercard to pay for orders. Merchant services are provided by St George Bank to ensure the security of your personal information.

PayPal

Use your credit card, debit card or bank account to pay for orders. PayPal uses the world’s most advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems and funds are cleared immediately.

Fax Your Order and then use Direct Deposit.

To place an order via fax, please follow the following instructions:

1.    Use our online Shopping Cart facility as if you are ordering online but stop at the ‘pay by credit card’ option. DO NOT click on ‘Proceed’.

2.    Instead, right click on the page (if PC) and Print to your printer. Then fax this page to us at 03 8677 6584

3.    Then close the cart browser.

4.    Your order will be dispatched when Direct Deposit funds have cleared.

Cheque

To purchase using a cheque, please repeat the process in Fax Your Order and mail a cheque made out to Low Impact Living to:

Your order will be dispatched following bank clearance.

Delivery

Deliveries are usually made by Australia Post, but a courier may be used some circumstances.

Orders over $195 are delivered free (sorry - no free shipping to NT or WA Country).

Please allow 14 days from placement of order to delivery to your door, but It’s usually much quicker.
