Packaging
All packaging and packaging materials are reclaimed and reused. The exception to this is the packing tape – we’re looking for a suitable alternative. Once the packing tape has been removed all packaging and materials are fully recyclable using your normal recycling methods.
Delivery
Deliveries are usually made by courier, so please provide a street address wherever possible (they cannot deliver to PO Boxes).
Orders over $125 are delivered free however this service is not available to WA Country, NT or Country Queensland. (see Delivery for details of delivery costs).
Please allow 14 days from placement of order to delivery to your door but it’s usually much quicker.
